SAN DIEGO, CA — This week has seen a series of significant incidents across San Diego County, ranging from rescues at sea to high-profile court cases and fires threatening local communities.

A dramatic rescue by the Coast Guard took place as they pulled a child from a capsized boat off the San Diego coast. The crew acted swiftly, deploying a life ring and ensuring the child’s safety aboard their vessel.
