Renowned Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud is making a bold move in New York City by launching new ventures in two of the city’s most iconic skyscrapers.

This expansion aligns with efforts by numerous companies to encourage employees to return to office work five days a week.

Boulud’s culinary presence in New York already includes upscale dining establishments such as Daniel, Le Pavillon, Joji NY, Le Gratin, and La Tête d’Or.

His latest initiatives involve the opening of an events space at One Vanderbilt and a new catering kitchen at One Madison, as reported by Side Dish.
