Exciting New Eatertainment Venue Thrōw Social Set to Open in Wynwood

A vibrant transformation is underway at 2335 N Miami Avenue, the former site of Oasis Wynwood, which has closed its doors.

Thrōw Social is the exciting new eatertainment destination set to make its debut this November, just in time for Miami Art Week.

Described as a blend of innovative cuisine, interactive games, live DJs, and bands, this 35,000-square-foot venue promises to be a go-to spot for social gatherings and fun nights out with friends.

While it pays homage to the legacy of Oasis, which once hosted major acts like Tiësto and Steve Aoki, Thrōw Social seeks to elevate the experience with new features.

The outdoor courtyard will unveil luxurious new elements, including ten cabanas, three full-service bars, and a motorized pergola to ensure guests can enjoy their time, rain or shine.

An upgraded stage will showcase an impressive 28-foot LED screen, optimizing the viewing experience for live performances.

One standout feature of Thrōw Social is its unique “Tower Bar,” fashioned from shipping containers, which now flaunts a fresh tropical design.

Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in signature cocktails such as the Pink Flamingo and Blue Hawaiian, along with a playful Patrón Margarita Tree that encourages flavor mixing.

The interior space includes a 275-seat lounge that balances a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere with warm pendant lighting and resort-like decor.

For private gatherings, the Palm Room accommodates up to 55 guests, and the Indigo Garden offers a cozy setting complete with its own patio and bar.

To keep the energy flowing, Thrōw Social will feature various games such as LED ping pong, corn hole, and shuffleboard available for free play.

Diners can look forward to a tantalizing menu, featuring “Flamazing Appetizers” like coconut shrimp with mango chutney or the Thrōw Sampler, a combo of mac & cheese bites, sweet potato tots, wings, and more.

The menu also boasts enticing options such as the Jerk Chicken Sandwich and the Throw Burger, complemented by a unique tomato and bacon jam.

For fans of flatbreads, the offerings range from classic margherita to inventive creations like the OPP (onion, prosciutto, and pineapple) and all can be made with vegan or gluten-free crusts.

A selection of fresh salads and whimsical specials such as the Adult Happy Meal, featuring a house burger and fries in a pink takeout box along with a Painkiller cocktail served in a pineapple cup, rounds out the culinary experience.

On weekends, guests can enjoy a delightful brunch menu, which includes the Full Breakfast Thrōw-down and the Loaded Egg Sandwich, complete with bottomless mimosas and bellinis for a festive start to the day.

Thrōw Social draws inspiration from its sister locations in Delray Beach and Washington, D.C.

Award-winning entrepreneur Flesher-Sonnier expressed excitement about the Wynwood venture, noting the major enhancements and additions made to the space.

According to Flesher-Sonnier, what truly distinguishes this location is the thoughtful transformation designed to elevate the overall guest experience.

Thrōw Social will cater to all ages during the day, transitioning to an adults-only atmosphere after 9 p.m.

The venue will operate Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m., and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 3 a.m.

Additionally, a happy hour will be available on weekdays until 7 p.m.

As excitement builds, guests can look forward to a dynamic environment that redefines social dining in Miami.
