美国专家周一表示,中国船只多年来在南海一个争议地区倾倒人类废物和污水。

菲律宾外交部助理秘书长爱德华多·梅内斯(Eduardo Menez)表示,必须由菲律宾当局对这些发现进行评估和验证,才能决定是否向中国提出抗议。
