Disney has announced a thrilling lineup of television panels and immersive experiences set to take place at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, starting on July 24, 2025.
Fans can look forward to a variety of outdoor activations including Hulu’s ‘King of the Hill’ backyard cookout, ABC’s ‘A Very Abbott Block Party’, FX’s ‘Alien: Earth’ — ‘The Wreckage’, and The Percy Jackson Experience, all open to the public right outside the San Diego Convention Center.
The event will feature 13 panels packed with star power, as well as autograph signing sessions and exclusive giveaways at the Disney Entertainment Television booth throughout the weekend.
At the booth, attendees can also visit the Disney+ Rewind Room, a nostalgic photo experience that celebrates beloved films and series from the ’90s and 2000s.
The highly anticipated panel schedule is outlined below, with special highlights for each day of the event.
Starting on Thursday, July 24, the first panel will be the popular ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’, running from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. in Hall H. The panel promises a sneak peek into the eagerly awaited second season of the series, featuring stars such as Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, Charlie Bushnell, Dior Goodjohn, and Daniel Diemer.
Executive producers Jon Steinberg, Craig Silverstein, and Dan Shotz will also join the discussion, moderated by guest star Timothy Simons, to share behind-the-scenes stories and insights.
Following this, ‘Phineas and Ferb’ will host a session from 11:00 A.M. to 11:45 A.M. in the Indigo Room. Co-creators Dan Povenmire and Swampy Marsh will be joined by cast members Vincent Martella, David Errigo Jr., Ashley Tisdale, Dee Bradley Baker, and Alyson Stoner for their first reunion in a decade, where they will reveal details about the new season.
At 1:25 P.M., the world premiere of FX’s ‘Alien: Earth’ will take place in Hall H, featuring a Q&A with series creator Noah Hawley, executive producer David W. Zucker, and the cast. This much-anticipated sci-fi horror series, inspired by the acclaimed film franchise, will air its pilot episode as part of the event.
The ‘Solar Opposites’ panel will take place next, from 3:00 P.M. to 3:45 P.M. in the Indigo Room. The cast, including Thomas Middleditch, Mary Mack, Sean Giambrone, and guest star Tiffany Haddish, will discuss what’s upcoming for the series.
The ‘King of the Hill’ revival will premiere at Comic-Con from 4:00 P.M. to 4:45 P.M. in the Indigo Room. Co-creators and executive producers Mike Judge and Greg Daniels will be present to share insights about the Hill family’s return after 15 years, with cast members Pamela Adlon, Lauren Tom, and Toby Huss set to join in the excitement ahead of the series’ premiere on Hulu on August 4.
On Saturday, July 26, the Comic-Con experience continues with ‘Bob’s Burgers’ at 10:00 A.M. in Ballroom 20. Creator Loren Bouchard and supervising director Bernard Derriman will reveal secrets about the upcoming milestone 300th episode alongside the cast.
The ‘Futurama’ panel follows from 11:00 A.M. to 11:45 A.M., where the much-loved animated series will showcase never-before-seen footage. Fans can expect insights from creator Matt Groening and executive producers Claudia Katz and Ken Keeler, along with voice cast favorites.
At 11:15 A.M., ‘Abbott Elementary’ will take the stage in the Indigo Room. Creator and star Quinta Brunson, joined by an ensemble cast, will discuss the making of a popular episode from season four while sharing behind-the-scenes tidbits.
The excitement continues with ‘The Simpsons’ panel at 11:45 A.M. in Ballroom 20, featuring exclusive previews for the upcoming season, and discussion moderated by key creative figures from the show.
Nathan Fillion will lead a panel for ‘The Rookie’ starting at 12:30 P.M. in the Indigo Room, providing a sneak peek into season eight with insights from the cast and executive producers.
Next up, ‘American Dad!’ will be featured at 12:45 P.M. in Ballroom 20, highlighting its 20th season with behind-the-scenes anecdotes and fan-favorite moments.
At 1:30 P.M., ‘Family Guy’ will present its panel, where stars and executive producers will humorously preview upcoming storylines and content.
Lastly, at 1:45 P.M. in the Indigo Room, the team behind ‘Paradise’, including Sterling K. Brown and Dan Fogelman, will discuss the critically acclaimed first season of the series and drop hints about season two.
