For many, the journey to Hawaii involves the standard experience of sprawling lands or aboard a mega cruise ship that follows a predetermined route, hardly deviating from the expected itinerary.
However, UnCruise Adventures is disrupting this norm by offering travelers a unique and immersive expedition into the Hawaiian islands.
Aboard the Safari Explorer, with a capacity of just 36 passengers, adventure seekers can enjoy a distinct atmosphere that resembles a floating wilderness lodge, completely apart from the conventional cruise experience.
Here, guests can participate in daily nature talks, kayak alongside majestic sea cliffs, snorkel with manta rays, or hike through volcanic landscapes, all while indulging in a daily cookie hour leading into happy hour.
Tiffany McKeirnan, one of the eight captains for UnCruise and one of only three women in such a role within the fleet, describes the essence of what UnCruise embodies.
She notes, “People think ‘cruise’ and imagine these massive ships or quick day boats. What we do is completely different—it’s an expedition.
