Stardust Solar Energy Inc., a prominent player in the renewable energy installation services sector, has announced its latest expansion by awarding five new franchise territories in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
This strategic move increases the company’s franchise network to a total of 92 territories throughout North America.
The Miami-Dade territories were obtained through a multi-unit franchise agreement with renewable energy entrepreneur Christophe Ayassamy-Cally, who hails from France.
He will hold exclusive rights to serve over 2.7 million residents in the area, capitalizing on Florida’s flourishing residential solar market.
Mark Tadros, Founder and CEO of Stardust Solar, expressed enthusiasm about this new venture, stating, “Florida continues to rank among the top solar states, and Miami-Dade is one of the country’s most dynamic regions for clean-energy adoption.”
He highlighted that by collaborating with experienced operators like Christophe, they can speed up their mission of making sustainable power accessible.
The expansion is significant, especially considering that Stardust Solar has added 14 new U.S. territories in 2025 alone, representing an 18 percent increase since the beginning of the year.
Currently, the company’s franchise network spans 24 states and nine Canadian provinces, supported by robust corporate services such as engineering, supply-chain management, and the distribution of Tesla Powerwall products.
Tadros also pointed to the company’s goal of exceeding 100 territories by the end of 2025, underscoring the importance of this growth in their overall strategy.
Stardust Solar is also focusing on enhancing its services through investments in certified training programs and strategic partnerships.
The company is in the process of onboarding its latest U.S. franchisees to its proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) and design platform.
In addition, franchisees will gain access to Tesla’s Powerwall products, which are essential for energy storage purposes.
These initiatives are expected to further stimulate system-wide revenue growth, reflecting the company’s ambition to improve its market position.
As a franchisor of renewable energy installation services, Stardust Solar specializes in solar panels (PV), energy storage systems, and electric vehicle supply equipment.
The company empowers entrepreneurs with branded business management services, cutting-edge equipment, and a comprehensive support system that includes marketing, sales, engineering, and project management.
Through its extensive network of franchises across Canada and the United States, Stardust Solar aims to drive the adoption of clean energy solutions that contribute to economic development and foster a sustainable future.
In their disclaimer, Stardust Solar states that neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider takes responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of the release.
They also emphasize that the information in the announcement includes forward-looking statements that reflect management’s views on future events, expectations, plans, and prospects largely based on certain assumptions.
However, these assumptions involve significant risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially due to various factors.
Stardust Solar insists that while they believe their forward-looking expectations are reasonable, they cannot guarantee that outcomes will align with these projections.
The company disclaims any intention or obligation to update these forward-looking statements unless required by law.
As the renewable energy sector continues to grow, Stardust Solar’s commitment to expanding its franchise network appears poised to contribute to the larger clean energy landscape while ensuring sustainable growth for its stakeholders.
As they continue to make strides in the solar industry, the impact of their initiatives and partnerships will likely be closely watched.
