Bastille Day Celebrations in Dallas-Fort Worth: A Taste of France

As mid-July approaches, the Dallas-Fort Worth area gears up to celebrate Bastille Day, a significant French national holiday honoring the storming of the Bastille prison on July 14, 1789, marking France’s transition from monarchy to republic.

This festive spirit is alive and well in North Texas, where local establishments plan unique events and activities to commemorate this day.

Luis Ruiz, manager of La Parisienne French Bistro, shared that the restaurant is planning to celebrate Bastille Day with a modern twist. Opened in March 2023, La Parisienne has already established itself as a go-to spot for such celebrations.
