DAMAC International has generated significant buzz with the launch of its first residential project in the U.S., The Delmore, designed by the renowned Zaha Hadid Architects.
This 12-story oceanfront development is located in the prestigious “Billionaire’s Triangle” in Miami, and it continues to attract attention from high-net-worth individuals as one of the few projects of its kind in America.
The excitement escalated recently with the grand opening of a custom-designed sales gallery dedicated to this ultra-luxury condominium offering, which dominates Miami’s luxury market with average prices around $40 million.
Tara West, the Director of Sales for The Delmore and a seasoned expert in high-end residential properties, was instrumental in the gallery’s launch.
In collaboration with The Delmore’s exclusive broker, Douglas Elliman, West emphasized the developer’s commitment to exceeding buyer expectations.
“The Delmore is a reflection of the developer’s commitment to always give buyers more than they expect, and this sales gallery underscores that dedication to excellence,” West stated.
The Delmore will be situated at 8777 Collins Avenue, Surfside, Miami, while its off-site 4,500-square-foot sales gallery can be found at 301 71st Street in Miami Beach.
Photos released following the gallery’s debut highlight its carefully crafted spaces, although the full extent of the venue remains available for exclusive, appointment-only previews.
West remarked, “This is a spectacular project that simply must be experienced in-person. From the moment brokers and prospective buyers enter this beautifully appointed sales gallery, they are going to be awestruck – getting an immediate feel for the exclusivity and rarefied beauty that will define day-to-day living at The Delmore.”
The gallery’s impressive entrance, enveloped in lush greenery, welcomes visitors with a striking ceiling-mounted screen.
This screen features a digital representation of The Delmore’s unique 75-foot-long translucent pool, showcasing a simulated swimmer gliding through the water, an amenity that has captured much attention as the only one of its kind in the Miami market.
An airy model living area within the gallery exhibits elegantly designed interiors that reflect the sophistication of the mansions.
Particularly eye-catching is the lavish show kitchen, which boasts a sculpted marble island crafted by the project’s interior architect, Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA).
A scale model of The Delmore allows potential buyers to visualize the layout and proximity of the mansions to the ocean, reinforcing the upscale offerings.
Jeffery Rossely, Senior Vice President of Development for DAMAC International, indicated that extensive planning went into creating the gallery.
“The impeccable designs are a bold reveal of the next generation of luxury that will define this project – Miami’s ultimate residential destination,” Rossely said.
The Delmore features four- to five-bedroom mansions starting at $15 million, each fully finished and equipped with private elevator entry foyers.
According to information from the developer, the residences are comparable to spacious single-family homes, with average sizes of around 7,000 square feet and penthouses starting at 10,000 square feet.
Residence Managers will oversee the 37 sky-high mansions, and each unit will also be serviced by residential butlers, ensuring nearly every conceivable amenity is at residents’ disposal.
Additional high-end amenities include a rooftop deck offering panoramic views of sunsets, the Bay, and the Miami skyline, alongside a fitness center, an indoor 75-foot lap pool, a meditation garden, and a restaurant serving a Michelin-starred menu exclusively for residents and guests.
The Delmore’s prime location in Surfside, near Indian Creek and a short distance from Bal Harbour, adds to its appeal, making it a desirable area within the “Billionaire’s Triangle.”
With construction already underway, The Delmore is projected to be completed by 2029, marking a significant addition to Miami’s luxury real estate landscape.
